Customized Program

This Program is customized and designed to fit your specific fitness goals and needs. After a brief conversation with me about your goals, fitness levels and limitations as well as your schedule, I will custom craft a program that includes 3 workouts a week, daily habit tracking, one one one messaging bi-weekly in the form of checkins as well as the option to include a custom meal plan designed by Precision Nutrition.

1 On 1 Hypopressive Sessions

You can schedule 1 on 1 hypopressive sessions with me to begin to build the foundations of a healthy and functional pelvic floor as well as help you alleviate symptoms like urinary leakage, urgency to go and pain during intimacy. Once You Purchase you can schedule your 1 on 1 sessions with me in the calendar. Limit is 3 per week.

10 Pack of 1 on 1 Hypopressive sessions.

This package includes 10 private 1 on on 1 sessions of hypopressives and pelvic floor work that you can schedule with me in the calendar. Limit is 3 per week. Expires after 1 year.

At Love The Skin You're In Personal Training, we are dedicated to helping you discover the power of your pelvic floor. With Customized Programs as well as specialty Programs designed to help you with your unique needs, we are committed to helping you get back to the things you love, Confidently. Emily Schaye has been in the fitness industry since 2010 and worked extensively to gain knowledge not only about fitness but functional movement, pelvic floor health, injury prevention as well as working on pre and post natal fitness and women's coaching. She doesn't just train women though. She has had extensive knowledge about training every body uniquely and adapting the programs to fit the clients goals and work within the clients limitations. She will also be adding upcoming education in the form of Pilates & Somatic Healing.
